I'm Saron Hezkias Weldehawariat — an Information Systems graduate of Haramaya University. I work at the intersection of technology and business, with practical experience in enterprise documentation and creative program management.
I completed my internship at IE Network Solutions PLC, where I authored user guides and end-user documentation for real enterprise platforms including SelamNew Workspace and a Talent Outsourcing Platform.
At Haramaya University I served as a Higher Executive of the Students' Union, an executive of the Res Cross Club, and an active member of the Students Charity Club — alongside training in graphic design, full-stack web development, and UN affairs.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Authored Tango-format user guides for the Employee Management Module, covering onboarding, documentation, resignation, clearance, and ID-issuance workflows.
- Produced end-user documentation for the SelamNew Workspace platform, including OKR, Payroll, Timesheet, Feedback, and Organization Structure modules.
- Contributed to the development and documentation of the OKR module.
- Supported the Talent Outsourcing Platform project under the guidance of supervisor Abraham Dulla.
- Participated in stakeholder questionnaire-clarification meetings to refine platform requirements.
- Advocate for student academic needs and concerns, collaborating with faculty and administration.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic policies and opportunities.
- Organize discussions and initiatives aimed at improving the university's academic environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Graphic Design Course across multiple training rounds.
- Coordinate curriculum delivery, scheduling, and student support for each intensive training cohort.
- Oversee onboarding and mentorship of new students, ensuring a smooth experience from enrollment to completion.

Completed the undergraduate national exit examination covering core Information Systems competencies.
